Hi, I’m Ting – a researcher who spent 15 years dealing with chronic constipation and gut issues that never fully resolved, no matter what I tried: fiber, probiotics, aloe, diets, yoga, meditation, warm lemon water, even laxatives. Everything worked for a while… until my body “adapted” again.
